1. Agreement
This site is operated by ALL Applied AI Network Foundation · 501(c)(3) · EIN 42-3604980. Using the site means accepting these terms once they are final.
2. The platform
The platform publishes chapter and event pages, receives sponsorships and gifts on the Foundation's rails, and provides signed-in tools for industry partners and chapter officers.
3. Accounts
Account holders provide accurate information, keep their credentials to themselves, and are responsible for activity under their account; the Foundation may suspend accounts for misuse.
4. Gifts and sponsorships
All charitable gifts are received by the Foundation, restricted by donor preference rather than controlled by it, and subject to the Foundation's variance power; the Foundation retains $0 of each gift — card processing is charged by the payment processor — and issues all receipts.
5. Talent services
Talent is a commercial product of ALL Applied AI Network Foundation; payments for it are fees for services, not charitable gifts, and are governed by the separate Talent Service Terms.
6. Acceptable use
No scraping student or sponsor data, no misrepresenting an affiliation with a chapter or the Foundation, and no use of the platform to solicit outside its stated mechanisms.
7. Content and ownership
Site content belongs to the Foundation or its licensors; chapter and sponsor names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided as-is; counsel will draft the warranty disclaimer and the cap on the Foundation's liability here.
9. Changes to these terms
The Foundation may update these terms and will flag material changes on this page before they take effect.
