Terms of Use

Draft — not in effect.These terms never took effect and govern nothing. They are being replaced by the updated Terms of Use and, for companies, the Partner Terms and the Talent Data Agreement.

Agreement

This site is operated by ALL Applied AI Network Foundation · 501(c)(3) · EIN 42-3604980. These terms were never finalized and are not in effect.

The platform

The platform publishes chapter and event pages, receives sponsorships and gifts on the Foundation's rails, and provides signed-in tools for industry partners and chapter officers.

Accounts

Account holders provide accurate information, keep their credentials to themselves, and are responsible for activity under their account; the Foundation may suspend accounts for misuse.

Gifts and sponsorships

All charitable gifts are received by the Foundation, restricted by donor preference rather than controlled by it, and subject to the Foundation's variance power; the Foundation retains $0 of each gift — card processing is charged by the payment processor — and issues all receipts.

Talent services

Talent is the hiring service of the Partner Program, the plan for companies, which is free for now. The Partner Program is provided by ALL Applied AI Network LLC, a separate company owned by Ben Paulson, the Foundation's founder. Any payment for it is a fee for services, not a charitable gift.

ALL Applied AI Network Foundation operates the platform and holds the student information on it. The LLC may use that information only under a written agreement approved by the Foundation's directors who have no interest in the LLC, and only after that agreement is signed.

The separate Talent Service Terms are also a draft that is not in effect.

Acceptable use

No scraping student or sponsor data, no misrepresenting an affiliation with a chapter or the Foundation, and no use of the platform to solicit outside its stated mechanisms.

Content and ownership

Site content belongs to the Foundation or its licensors; chapter and sponsor names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided as-is.

Changes to these terms

The Foundation may update these terms.
