Talent Service Terms

The services

Talent is the hiring service of the Partner Program, the plan for companies, which is free for now: network browsing, recruiting contact with students across the network, and event hiring presence, as described on the network membership page. The Partner Program is provided by ALL Applied AI Network LLC, a separate company owned by Ben Paulson, the Foundation's founder, which sets and invoices any fee. ALL Applied AI Network Foundation operates the platform and holds the student information on it.

Any payment for Talent is a fee for services. It is not a charitable gift and is not tax-deductible.

Fees and payment

The Partner Program is free for now. Any fee set later is agreed in writing with each company before it applies, invoiced by ALL Applied AI Network LLC and payable on the invoice's stated schedule.

Individual actions within the network — events, searches, introductions, hires — carry no separate service price.

Hiring outcomes

Recruiting contact is included in membership. There is no fee per hire.

Employers agree to report hires that result from logged introductions so outcomes can be confirmed by both the employer and the student.

Candidate consent and data

For the members its access covers, an approved company may see their name, chapter, team and project, and the profile details they choose to share. It never sees check-in history or answers to check-in, RSVP or registration forms. A member can turn sharing off at any time with one switch on their profile. A student's email is shared with a company only after the student accepts that company's request. Candidate data may be used only for the hiring engagement it was shared for.

When a student turns their visibility off, the company must delete the candidate data it received and confirm the deletion on request.

ALL Applied AI Network Foundation operates the platform and holds candidate data. ALL Applied AI Network LLC provides companies' access to the talent features, and may use information the Foundation holds only under a written agreement approved by the Foundation's directors who have no interest in the LLC, and only after that agreement is signed.

Neither the Foundation nor the LLC sells or rents lists of candidate data, or gives it to data brokers or advertisers. Students are never charged for anything: not for a profile, not for an introduction, not for a hire. Companies are the only paying customer this service has.

If the Partner Program ever moves to an organization other than the LLC, every student whose profile is visible is told first, and the new operator may see a student's profile only if that student agrees.

Logged introductions

Every introduction runs through the platform and is recorded in a contact log the student can see. Contacting candidates outside logged channels, or after a declined or revoked request, is a breach of these terms.

Suspension for abuse

The Foundation may suspend or end a company's access for misusing candidate data, misrepresenting roles, contacting students who declined or revoked, or redistributing profiles.

No guarantee of hire

Introductions are made in good faith; hiring decisions belong to the employer and the student, and no placement outcome is promised.
