Talent Service Terms

1. The services

Talent is the commercial hiring product of ALL Applied AI Network Foundation, sold as a single network membership: network browsing, recruiting contact with opted-in students, concierge candidate slates, and event hiring presence, as described on the network membership page.

Payments for Talent are fees for services. They are not charitable gifts and are not tax-deductible.

2. Fees and payment

The membership fee is as published on the network membership page or agreed in writing before an engagement starts, invoiced by the Foundation and payable on the invoice's stated schedule. Founding seats 1–20 carry a $0 membership fee, grandfathered permanently; list membership pricing publishes with seat 21.

Individual actions within the network — events, searches, introductions, hires — carry no separate service price.

3. Hiring outcomes

Recruiting contact is included in membership. There is no per-hire or per-placement fee.

Employers agree to report hires that result from logged introductions so outcomes can be confirmed by both the employer and the student.

4. Candidate consent and data

Every candidate profile is opt-in and anonymous until the student accepts a company's request. Candidate data may be used only for the hiring engagement it was shared for.

When a student revokes their opt-in, the company must delete the candidate data it received and confirm the deletion on request.

The Foundation does not sell, rent, or license candidate data — to anyone, at any price, in any form. Students are never charged for anything: not for a profile, not for an introduction, not for a hire. Companies are the only paying customer this service has.

Students consent to the Foundation, not to whoever may operate this service later. If the Foundation ever moves Talent into a subsidiary or another entity, every opted-in student is notified and must opt in again before the new operator may use their data. Consent does not transfer silently, and candidate data is never part of a sale of the business.

5. Logged introductions

Every introduction runs through the platform and is recorded in a contact log the student can see. Contacting candidates outside logged channels, or after a declined or revoked request, is a breach of these terms.

6. Suspension for abuse

The Foundation may suspend or end a company's access for misusing candidate data, misrepresenting roles, contacting students who declined or revoked, or redistributing profiles.

7. No guarantee of hire

Slates are curated in good faith; hiring decisions belong to the employer and the student, and no placement outcome is promised.
