1. Scope
This policy covers the public involvement pages and the signed-in industry partner portal; the data controller is ALL Applied AI Network Foundation · 501(c)(3) · EIN 42-3604980.
2. What we collect
Account basics (name, email, organization), sponsorship and gift records, event participation, and ordinary server logs — plus the Talent records described in sections 3 and 4.
3. Talent opt-ins
The talent_optins records store a student's candidate profile, its verification level and attestations, and the opt-in status with its history.
A profile is anonymous to companies until the student accepts that company's request; nothing identifying is shown before acceptance.
4. Contact logs
The contact_log records store which company requested or contacted which student, when, through which Talent offering, and the outcome.
Every student can see the full contact log for their own profile — every request, introduction, and outcome that references them.
5. How data is used
Data is used to run sponsorships and events, issue receipts, and operate Talent introductions; personal data is not sold.
7. Deletion and revocation
Revoking a Talent opt-in cascades: the profile leaves all company-facing surfaces immediately, pending requests are cancelled, and companies that already received the data are required to delete it.
Deleting an account removes personal data except records the Foundation must keep by law, such as gift receipts.
8. Donor records
Gift and sponsorship records are retained for receipting and IRS requirements and are never used for Talent introductions.
